I can’t speak highly enough about my stay at Banyan. The entire staff from the nurses administration to all the remarkable techs to the people that prepare our food and the housekeeping everyone there is remarkable and Topnotch. They were kind enough to allow my service dog there and treated him with complete and utter respect as they did I. They paid close attention to your individual needs as well as the whole groups. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be where I am today and I can’t say thank you enough for all the people involved.

I am in the process of trying to get my niece admitted via Christiana Care. Jordan has been amazing in walking me through and follow-up. As a family member on my second go around with all of this (previously with my sister - niece's mother), the support when you are lost and heartbroken is remarkable with Banyan. I am hopeful that, once we get her admitted, I will be able to write a stellar review upon her successful completion.
The staff was amazing. Andrea Kelley in intake was an inspiration to me. Very positive, great energy, and enthusiastic about recovery as well as caring and supportive and easy to talk to. I wished she was up on the 3rd floor us ladies as a tech because her positive energy and honesty is needed in facilities like these.
Banyan is hands down the best rehab in Delaware Stephanie in intake always makes the process so much easier and makes you feel more comfortable. The techs and staff are also great and made my experience so much better. I am so happy to have completed this program
