Also I want to thank my case manager Julissa for listening to my needs and helping me to get to PHP. These two as a team was amazing.
This was my first time in a rehab facility. It's is what you make out of it but the best things out of this place were my caseworker Eric, my therapist Dalton. And the food lol. But seriously. Eric provided so much assistance inside the facility and for matters outside the facility. Transition to my next steps of rehab were made easy with his help. Dalton was great and helpful and available at all times. The staff was great. RJ, Jeff, TRACY, I'm forgetting the older womans name but she was so nice and kind. The techs did a good job maintaining a safe environment. No complaints. I won't be back anyways to see anything different. Thank you for your services. And Sam wasn't my caseworker but he had great insight alongside Eric. Thanks everyone!!
Banyan Behavioral Health was a life-changing experience. My therapist, Sarah, was incredibly compassionate and helped me grow in ways I never thought possible. Great experience while at Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches. I'm a seasoned vet when it comes to treatment and aftercare. Not a badge of honor just my reality. The staff on every level of care I experienced was very helpful and hands-on. For me it's important to feel sincerity when in a facility like this, and most all staff have walked that walk of life once or twice in their life time, and I appreciate the steps that were taken to help me on my journey. With Case managements help especially, Jason, Sam and their team went above and beyond to help. Thank you guys !
I cannot say enough positive things about the clinical staff here! Wilma, my primary therapist was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and has a passion for helping others! Process group with her was always something I looked forward to! I felt so fortunate to have her!
Julissa, my case manager is phenomenal! She truly went about and beyond to help me coordinate aftercare and so many other things! She was incredibly supportive and I can’t thank her enough!
