Testimonials

Making a decision to trust the care of your child to others is one of the toughest to ever make. I truly can not say enough great things about Mission Prep, the program and the staff who run it. The setting is so peaceful, the house is wonderful and the staff are amazing. The care, love, support and tools they teach are all I could have hoped and asked for. They are very involved, communicative and collaborative. It is a very professional well run organization and I cant thank them enough for helping my daughter begin to see life in a different way. The tools she has been equipped with and how she has been using them at home is impressive. My daughter found herself, found her voice and a new path forward!! Thanks for all that you did to help her.

Would not recommend to be honest. Lack of thorough training for staff, lack of thorough programming for clients, and lack of major support needed from the clinical director and residential supervisor. Hire people with little to no experience and offer little to no training, and toss them into the environment with clients who have major harm issues. They have an extremely high turnover rate. For a mental health facility, they often gaslighted clients AND staff.

From the intake process to discharge and follow-up family care, I am profoundly grateful for the exceptional care we received from Mission Prep Healthcare. Our experience included support from their staff based in California and the Virginia-based staff at the residential care facility in Waterford, VA. Although Mission Prep has staff at both coasts, I felt that the geographical distances did not lead to any gaps in care or communication...this is certainly a...
