This facility has been absolutely wonderful. They were on top of everything that I needed them to be on top of. They were very efficient in therapy and group therapy. Case manager, Leslie was absolutely wonderful as was Deina. The activities outside of the building were wonderful also and I wanted to just think the facility so much for taking the time to work with me that they did. You guys are doing a great job. Great place! Excellent staff! Therapists are phenomenal and very understanding. Case manager jess is the bomb.com she is amazing. She can help you meet your treatment goals and accommodations. Highly recommend coming here for anyone that is struggling or need help.
Jessica and Dina were not only amazing at helping with individual therapies and needs, but great group facilitators as well. Mike and Rose were awesome as well!! would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with mental health beyond their control!!
This place was a blessing! I am truly grateful to be one of the first Pioneer clients to arrive here and get this place started even through the growing pains. This turned out to be one of the greatest experiences of my life. There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing all the staff were from the insanely beautiful and intelligent case manager Jessica N. who never ceased to amaze me on how she went above and beyond for her clients being a sounding board. Also, Morgan the Operations Director the end all be all boss of bosses at Sanctuary her compassion was unmatched with her open door policy and willing to help and jump in with any situation and also being gorgeous while doing it. I cannot recommend Sanctuary highly enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and understood. The staff is incredibly compassionate and dedicated, creating a safe space for those of us dealing with PTSD.
The treatment program was personalized to address my specific needs, allowing me to work through my trauma at my own pace. The therapists were both knowledgeable and supportive, equipping me with effective tools and strategies to manage my symptoms. Their expertise made a significant difference in my healing journey.
