My experience of attending this place was uncertain at the beginning. From the moment I arrived that all changed. The staff (nurses,BHT’s) there was above and beyond about their clients care . They were empathic, compassionate and truly care about ones recovery. The facility provides every tool necessary to learn and use in one’s own recovery.
I would recommend to anyone needing help on sobriety to attend! I Would like to thank all staff members for all you have done for me in my recovery.

An amazing facility!! Truly one of the most luxurious facilities in Ohio! Working with Matt Ward makes the admissions process smooth and easy to navigate.
Filled with a lot of false promises, the “groups” were a joke. Completely ignored me when my medication was having adverse side effects on me.
There were some good nurses and staff, but they were rare.
Left with less property than I showed up with, and the “therapy” sessions were a joke.
No internet, and if you wanna make a phone call you have to use a staff members personal cell phone, and that’s if they even let you.
Lied to my family members and told them I was “doing great” when I was actually doing terrible.
