Waterside Recovery was the most individualized, personalized, and personable experience I have ever had at a recovery center. Everyone you need in your recovery care will acknowledge your needs right away. If you need case management help, your clinician, the provider, or director, they are available right away, unlike other places where you may have to wait days before your needs are answered. There are different subjects in group daily, and if there is a subject you specifically want to address, they will have a group on it. They go above and beyond with specific needs of the person. If you ask for a family session, it's scheduled, if you ask for help with an appointment it's scheduled, if you need help getting to an appointment, it's scheduled, they meet every recovery and dual diagnosis need I have ever had and I had NOTHING in my life when I walked through the doors....
