Testimonials

I just finished my 30 day stay at the Trails and I am so thankful for the quality care and support I received. The facility itself is very nice and clean but the staff stand out as the most beneficial aspect of my journey there. My therapist was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. The nursing staff is wonderful and I especially appreciate Taryn for being so kind and always there to listen. The techs went above and beyond while I was there and I felt very safe and understood with them. Reagan, Brittany and Zyan all helped me tremendously and are fantastic at their jobs. I would definitely recommend The Trails to anyone who is looking for help.

Extremely clean and friendly staff! The moment I walked in I felt like I was joining a family, everyone in the house was welcoming and nice. Catered meals and arts and crafts to help by pass the time. The staff will literally go above and beyond to make you feel safe and comfortable. Weekly therapy and daily group therapy was extremely helpful as well! Highly recommended!

I only give this 2 stars because Keira and the gals that answer the phones are so caring and sweet. My son did the intake exam and since he was considered actively suicidal they said to go to a stabilization unit before going to the trails but "I see no reason he wouldn't be accepted". Well, we admitted Jacob to Mt. Carmel Behavior Health at the suggestion of the intake person at the trails. My son will have spent 7 horrible days at that godforsaken facility, only to be told my the Trails that he would not be accepted. What a WASTE of his money and time at Mt. Carmel. When I called to ask WHY he was not accepted, I got nowhere. Apparently the provider, Alexis, is unable or unwilling to talk to me. I am beyond disappointed. I had such HOPE. And it was crushed.

I would highly recommend The Trails to anyone seeking a residential treatment plan!! I struggled for a while before I found my way to them, and they saved my life. I immediately felt the support from all of the AMAZING staff and the other people in the program. Please please give them a try if you need help!!!

I had a nice time at the Trails. I learned quite a bit about myself and the guilt/trauma I was carrying. I felt heard by all of BHT’s, I even bonded with quite a few of them. I had already been in therapy for about 1.5 years when I entered this treatment facility, but being there allowed me the time I needed to focus on me. I was originally planning for a week not knowing it was a 30 day long plan, but ended up saying the whole 30 days because I could feel the change. I could feel everything working. I learned what I loved, I found hobbies, I made friends. The worst part was the food, I don’t eat ground turkey, and for the first two weeks I was getting a no ground turkey meal option but after two weeks they stopped bringing them so I didn’t have much to eat (thank god I can cook) . The staff overall was super nice, I felt like I had made friends in there really. You also have...
