Board certified in Addiction Medicine, Michael S. Levy, D.O., DFASAM has more than 36 years experience in treating alcohol and drug dependencies. He currently serves as medical director of the Center for Addiction Medicine, a private specialty medical practice in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area.

Dr. Levy founded the Center for Addiction Medicine in 1995 to help address the growing issue of addiction in the rapidly expanding Las Vegas Valley. Since then, the practice has grown in size and scope, but has remained one of the few private medical practices dedicated solely to the evaluation and treatment of addictive disease.

Among the leading addiction physicians in Nevada and the Southwestern United States, Dr. Levy provides expert consultation to medico legal cases requiring expert opinion or testimony involving drug and alcohol abuse and addiction.

He has provided clinical expert testimony for legal cases in different areas of the forensic spectrum for both plaintiffs and defendants. Additionally, he serves a consultant to the Nevada Law Board, Nevada Board of Medicine and Nevada Board of Nursing.
